Oh Mexico... sounds so sweet with the sun sinkin' low

We had the wonderful experience of going to Rosarito, Mexico a couple weeks ago to celebrate the marriage of Nikki Marshall and Ryan Jauregui. The weather was so warm, and our hotel had the most incredible view of the ocean. We turned the event into a whole weekend getaway, and we had so much fun! Thanks, Jaureguis and cheers!

The first night we went to Puerto Nuevo for some delicious langosta.

Brooke's Bridal Shower

On August 2nd, Brooke's two San Diego bridesmaids (me and Cindy) showered her with food, drinks, and of course, wedding presents! Joanna was gracious enough to let us use her great place:

Cindy cookin' up some absolutely sensational food!

The mimosa bar

The eats... main dishes compliments of Chef Cindy, sweets provided by yours truly

Brooke loves birds, so I sort of went with a bird, nest and cage theme.

Brooke's shower memory book that I made for everyone to sign

The three bridesketeers... that was dumb.

Kaitlyn and Natalie won the two games and got bird-themed prizes

Not so fun is it??!! (Brooke made me do this at my shower)

Our Wedding Slideshow

I am so glad that Drew talked me into having a slideshow at our wedding, and I was absolutely floored to see the final result that my brother put together. Toby did an incredible job! We periodically sit down together and watch it, and somehow it "gets us everytime" to use Andrew's words. The part that always "gets" us (meaning the water works), is the proposal video that Toby somehow spliced in... I am so thankful that we have that moment recorded. Anyhow, thank you so much, Tobe we just love it!
